Gini has 20 years of experience in the consulting and not for profit sector, and is now the Managing Director of a Foundation working for the development of human capital in Southern Italy, with a specific focus on women's education & employment.
Previously, Gini worked at Accenture and IQVIA.
Born in Milano, Gini graduated in Business Administration at Bocconi University and spent part of her career abroad, living in London, Cairo and the Middle East.
She actively championed gender equality and women’s empowerment throughout her personal and professional life.
For over ten years, Gini was part of the Board of PWN Milan, and served three years as President of PWN Milan.
Gini is an inexhaustable optimist and an idealist, never tired of fighting inequalities and promoting social justice.
